This app is great
Not bad, but the sets are too easy for anyone with a basic level of physical fitness. One has to start on level five to do even eight consecutive repetitions. It seems it will ultimately be necessary to buy the full version, or else just trash the app entirely and do sit-ups without involving ones devices--probably the most preferable of the many possible solutions to such a quandary. The design is lovely, and despite the very low expectations set for the users physical abilities, it is a good app.
